Account Managers
Account Managers are responsible for qualifying prospective customers, specifying product and service solutions, developing proposals, and then managing delivery of Solar Works\’ services. Account Managers are assigned to specific geographic markets and assist with development of marketing programs and materials for their geographic areas.

- BA/BS in business, engineering, or technology
- CAD drawing experience, especially with VISIO
Finance Manager - Vermont
The Manager of Finance is responsible establishing financial procedures, defining internal controls and maintaining all accounting activities for monthly closings and financial reporting; management of accounting functions; purchasing; accounts payable and receivable and cash management.
Qualifications
- Accounting/finance experience required (preferred 5-8 years).
- Quickbooks experience a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- MBA or CPA preferred
Project Manager - Vermont
Project Managers are responsible for site evaluation, coordinating system design with our engineering department, managing installation and commissioning of systems, and overall construction management and reporting. We are currently seeking a senior Project Manager for our Montpelier, VT office who will manage residential and commercial photovoltaic installations in Vermont and northern NH.
Qualifications
- Experience designing and installing photovoltaic systems, NABCEP certification is a plus.
- Experience in contract writing and contract management
- Experience in on-site construction and subcontractor management
- Superior communication and relationship building skills
- Team player who listens, learns, and proactively problem solves
- Experienced computer user - proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Solar Technicians: NY, NJ and CT
Solar Works technicians are responsible for the installation, commissioning, and servicing of solar electric and solar thermal systems. Working with our project managers, they handle both residential and commercial installations.

- NABCEP certification or advanced training desired
